Phil Sabin, CFO, Co-founder

Led acquisition integration at Amazon.com, and was Controller for
both the Pathways Group and Sur La Table. Spent 13 years in banking
at the Bank of America and Pacific First Bank. Phil has an accounting
degree from the University of Washington and received CPA
